Wir laden Dich zu einem ganz anderen Führungsentwicklungsprogramm ein, bei dem es von Anfang an um das Anwenden von Führungsfähigkeiten an realen und relevanten Herausforderungen deiner Organisation geht.
Im LEAD ALLGÄU Programm arbeiten die Teilnehmenden an realen Problemen ihrer eigenen Organisation.
Neu erlernte Führungstechniken und -konzepte werden direkt angewendet, um das Gelernte auszuprobieren, die Wirkungsweise zu verinnerlichen und Initiativen real voranzubringen.
